Job Description

In order to response client change and re-organization. For development and growth of company, we are seeking for a high competence candidate for position of WOS Manager who will cover role of managing building service and all soft service at client site.

The key assignment is to establish our customers trust in our building maintenance operations, by implementing:

  • WOS team that is taking ownership, addressing client’s requests in a proactive way, and leading improvements in operations.
  • WOS team that has deep technical knowledge on Civil construction, Decoration, M&E (Building Mechanical & Electrical), Pest Control, Landscaping, Doc Control, Space, Program, Innovation... etc.
  • A team that is focused on the details, continuously coming up with observations, improvements, from following related codes, regulations, or SOP’s to improving systems architecture.
  • A team that is safely and efficiently running all facility operations through well planned preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to make sure Zero interruption to production or service.
  • A team that is continuously learning and improving technical capability to increase percentage of self-delivery vs outsourced service in both PM and CM work.

The other assignment is to secure flawless execution, develop WOS budget and strictly control spending and cost in monthly basis to mitigate variance between budget and actual cost.

The other assignment also is to cultivate and maintain a stronger teamwork culture in the WOS team and to increase the awareness and accountability of each person into the next level.

  • Develops the team’s technical capability to enhance team autonomy in operations and minimize consultation with client for items under the scope and lead the BS team to maximize autonomy by staff.

  • Builds strong and successful strategic partnerships with client and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Certified university / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management emphasized on technical development and people management.
  • 5 -10 years of MNC industry experience either in the corporate environment, or third-party service provider
  • Rich experience in building maintenance or project management with follow-through, time management and project planning capability
  • Strong safety awareness. Good knowledge on national standard and local regulations related to building or facilities maintenance.
  • Good communication with effective English reading/listening/speaking skills.
  • Good finance budget mindset and preparation and monitoring experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience to make team structure change.
  • Open minded, quick response with “Can do “attitude in mind always.
  • Experience with the specific client (as supplier or former employee) is a plus.
  • PMP holder is a plus.
