RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Recruitment (50%)
Manage the whole recruitment process (job posting, hunting, screening, arrange interview, interview, job offer).
Implement new hire orientation & cooperate with related departments for onboarding process.
Follow up probation period & full life cycle of the employee, from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Advice and deal with other department when there is any issue during recruitment procedure.
Cooperate with related managers to create the Job Description of hiring position.
Implement recruitment report to ensure effectiveness of recruitment.
2.Compensations – Benefits (30%)
The company has an agency in charge of C&B. You will work and cooperate with the agency to ensure all C&B operations go smoothly.
Support explain, consult for employee about company’s regulations/ procedures, labor law, C&B issue.
Collect / deliver employee’s documents as requirement.
Conduct the monthly timesheet and manage the annual leave record.
Prepare payroll for part-time staff.
Manage and update employee information.
Support prepare and organize company’s events.
3.Policies & Compliance (10%)
Build up HR policies and initiatives aligned with the business in Vietnam.
Update all new changes & regulations to all employees, In charge of a company announcements.
Follow up and ensure the compliance of employees with the company’s policy and VN law.
Support to prepare and process the company’s documents as requirement.
4.Support expats (20%)
In charge of processing VISA, Work Permit, Temporary Residence Card for expats.
Manage and ensure all process is on time.
Other support on tax, health insurance claim, other documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related major
Fluency in both verbal and written English. (Direct Manager is foreigner)
2 - 4 years of experience in the same roles.
Excellent Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Logical thinking and critical analytical ability, well-organization, problem solving skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded.
