RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Local payment methods user flow testing (on e-commerce Apps / other Apps, PCs etc) based on instructions from supervisors, and organize the results into documents based on criteria provided.

• Quick and responsive testing on e-Wallets, bank apps, etc. from Ad-lib inquiry.

• Familiar with localized payment methods, i.e. e-wallet, bank transfer, cash.

-          Assist in crafting analysis and deriving customer/user insights to support decision making.

-          Conduct research on local payment markets, competitors, etc. and gather related information/news to provide team with more localized insight.

-          Partner with the team on product optimization and assist in other assignments related to local markets if needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

-          At least 1-year of experience in Banking, Fintech, E-commerce industry/ Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Banking or equivalent experience;

-          Good understanding on payment methods, e-Wallets, Bank Apps using etc.

-          Citizen of Vietnam with native proficiency in local language (shall be able to register accounts with local ID).

-          Good command of English (both written & speaking), able to read and speak Chinese will be an advantage.

-          Heavy users of online shopping and mobile payment will be desired. Habit of online shopping.

-          Working knowledge of common computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
