JOB SUMMARY

Mục tiêu chính (Main goals)

The Quarry Product Sales Execution Officer position is a commercial role which is responsible for executing the Quarry Product development strategy – short and long term – of MHT. The outcomes should be aligned to Sales & Marketing objectives and desired commercial outcomes. The position is the key point of contact for day-to-day customer sales and support, and a critical link between the Sales and Marketing team and the Mining/Production team. The role has a focus on discovering, pursuing, and developing sales opportunities for Quarry Products, and will be expected to contribute ideas towards business development and sales strategy.   

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH (MAIN DUTIES):

1.            Lead Sales Officer for the sale and distribution of Quarried Materials to various industries including Construction, Civil, and Landscaping.

2.            Product Specialist in hard rock aggregates, road bases, sands, landscape aggregates etc.

3.            Identify, evaluate and develop a customer base for the range of quarry products to be produced from the site.

4.            Liaise with a customer on an ongoing basis to ensure their needs are met on a time, quality & cost basis.

5.            Provide detailed visit reports and meeting/call notes for communication to S&M team other appropriate MHT personnel.

6.            Monitor competitor product, competitor activity and relevant industry developments to ensure that MHT product and sales channels are positioned appropriately.

7.            Coordinate communication between MHT technical department, and customer to ensure quality needs are met.

8.            Coordinate shipments to meet customer (contract) requirements and requirements (inventory, ship availability)

9.            Draft contracts under supervision, assist S&M execution team in the generation of Invoices, and other shipping documents. 

10.          Enter & maintain pricing and sales data into SAP.

Update sales tracking record and prepare other sales reports as requested. Manage risk levels and financial exposure within the limits set by S&M and Finance and assist to trace payment receipt from customers.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

Kinh nghiệm, Kỷ năng và Kiến thức (Experience, skill, knowledge)

•             University graduate in one of the following fields: International Business, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering & Commerce.

•             Professional knowledge relating to construction materials & quarry products.

•             Need 5 years of experience in the civil or construction industries within Vietnam.

•             Existing sales book, or extensive contacts across Quarry product customer base a strong plus. 

Năng lực cá nhân & Yếu tố khác (Competency and other requirements)

•             Good written & verbal English, first language Vietnamese.

•             Commercial experience and understanding of cost/margin analysis.

•             Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

•             Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam to visit customers and maintain relationships.

•             Good organizational skills, time management, phone communication and teamwork, able to prioritize work load and adapt to changing demands.

•             MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).  SAP/ERP experience would be an advantage
