Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Streamline the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth access to essential systems and revoking access for departing team members.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate records and manage access permissions.
2. Security Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with company security policies.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities, collaborating closely with the IT team to implement necessary safeguards.
3. Physical Inventory Oversight:
- Effectively manage and uphold an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate with procurement to order and deploy equipment as required.
4. Basic Tech Support:
- Address and resolve basic technical support inquiries, encompassing login issues, audio problems in collaboration tools, and common user concerns.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to end-users and document troubleshooting procedures.
5. Salesforce Responsibilities:
- Execute fundamental Salesforce tasks, such as generating reports, data loading, and creating/modifying fields.
- Offer support to Salesforce users.

Certificates & Technical Skills:
- Experience in OSX, iOS, Windows, and Android support.
- Knowledge of MDM deployment, inventory management, and app deployment is a plus.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in IT support or asset deployment and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Education sector is advantageous.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus.
