We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team and strengthen our relationships with pharmaceutical partners.

Job Summary: As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and business acumen to drive growth and facilitate collaboration between our platform and pharmaceutical partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pharmaceutical Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies.
    • Understand their business objectives, pain points, and market trends to align our services with their needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  2. Strategic Account Planning:

    • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our digital health solutions to pharmaceutical partners.
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet partner requirements.
  3. Market Analysis and Insights:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.
    • Provide insights to pharmaceutical partners on how our platform can address their market challenges and opportunities.
  4. Contract Negotiation:

    • Lead contract negotiations with pharmaceutical companies, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and manage financial aspects of partnerships.
  5. Revenue Growth and Reporting:

    • Set revenue targets and KPIs for pharmaceutical accounts and track progress.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless partner integration.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team and across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong network and relationships with pharmaceutical companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital health landscape and its relevance to pharmaceutical companies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and industry trends to drive strategic decisions.
