KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop compelling and relevant proposals for clients encompassing campaign objectives, ideas, pricing, and implementation strategies;
  • Establish a client base for engagement with core services;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project completion aligns with client expectations;
  • Coordinate with execution teams to offer clients the most pertinent and appealing service options;
  • Familiarity with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to integrate them into project workflows;
  • Offer feedback to enhance and tailor performance marketing services for key client segments and promote these services in the market;
  • Monitor campaign progress with management teams to ensure consistent high performance and fulfillment of commitments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Marketing major or equivalence is a referral).
  • Experience/Knowledge:
• 1-4 years of experience in a Sales and Account Management position (Additional experience exceeding 2 years in a related role within Digital Performance Marketing is advantageous);
• Experience in managing client relationships within the Advertising/Marketing sector;


• Proficient knowledge of digital advertising practices, encompassing prominent platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, or local influencer booking services;
• Demonstrated high-level sales skills supported by tangible success stories;
• Proficiency in standard office software applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel) along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• Attributes include a professional demeanor, customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
