Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage account development and growth of one or more of our brand partners
  • Be the primary point of contact for our brand partners, from day-to-day interactions to leading business review meetings
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, aligned with the brand’s business plans
  • Accurately forecast demand, and manage stock purchases which ensure consistent product availability whilst maintaining acceptable inventory levels
  • Work with colleagues in other teams to ensure business operations run smoothly, including commercial, marketing, design, operations, customer service and finance teams
  • Collaborate and nurture strong relationships with platform partners such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok and Facebook
  • Deliver commercial contributions in line with agreed targets, managing sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer satisfaction and cost control for your accounts
  • Measure, report and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to continually improve performance


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of sales from platforms e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok
  • Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) from marketing spend on Facebook, Google, and platforms
  • Inventory health, including Days on Hand (DoH), Ageing
  • Brand Partner Satisfaction
  • Platform key metrics, including content quality, campaign participation, seller tool adoption, customer service response times, order cancellation rate, on-time order fulfilment etc.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce industry (3+ years for Senior Manager), from a role at a platform, brand, enabler or agency
  • Strong performance orientation, motivated by delivering great work and exceeding targets
  • Highly organized, with experience of managing multiple concurrent projects to completion on time and in full
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Growth mindset, committed to both individual and team development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
