Role Overview:
- Manage client relationships, identify project needs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Source professionals for clients using various recruitment strategies and marketing tools.
- Conduct expert interviews to gather data for reports and client communication.
- Create polished, engaging reports from expert insights.
- Efficiently delegate tasks to team members to balance client requirements with available resources.
- Provide assistance with various corporate tasks as required.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in consulting, recruitment, or investment.
- Advanced in English and native Thai.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Client-focused and capable of effective sales execution.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and skilled in team management.
- Dynamic work planning with the willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City (Head Office).
