Manpower's client, a Global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the health of people around the world is looking for an E&C Admin Assistant. This role is a full-time on-site for an Ethics & Compliance Department located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to supporting the operation of Manpower's Client in the Pharmaceutical industry by providing administrative, clerical and customer support. Regional support covering other affiliates may be required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the execution of compliance training programs for employees to ensure awareness and adherence to ethical standards.
Monitor and track business activities within the organization to identify and address potential compliance issues.
Collaborate in the implementation of compliance policies and procedures at the affiliate level, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Head of Ethics and Compliance to facilitate smooth departmental operations.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to compliance activities, training sessions, and policy implementation.
Collaborate with other affiliates to ensure consistent application of compliance standards across the regional network.
Prepare reports and updates on compliance-related activities for internal and external stakeholders.
Support in the development and delivery of compliance-related training materials and sessions.
Facilitate effective communication within the Ethics and Compliance Department and with other relevant stakeholders.
Undertake any other administrative or support tasks as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial.
2+ years administrative support experience in a Legal/ Compliance department in international MNC preferred.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
