Office Management:
Oversee office maintenance (technical, renovation), facilities, and cleanliness (cleaning, plants).
Manage office budget, expenses, and supplier relationships (negotiation, cost control).
Ensure adherence to office rules, guidelines, and 5S standards.
Employee Support:
Coordinate business travel (visa, flights, accommodation).
Support expats with relocation and administrative needs.
Organize internal events (team building, celebrations).
Arrange yearly health check ups.
Administrative Duties:
Process payments, debit notes, and generate reports.
Conduct safety training and act as the office safety relay.
Manage quarterly admin surveys.
Review and improve office procedures and policies.
Decorate the office for holidays.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1.5 - 2 years experience in admin services
- Intermediate English (writing emails; reading and listening)
III. Salary range: UPTO 20M GROSS
