Main responsibilities
Managing, planning, and executing promotional programs and sales support policies:
  • Planning sales support programs for TP/MT/HCP channels including: sales promotion programs, customer communication support programs, consumer programs, product launching programs, relaunching programs, aligned with strategic direction from S.SCM/CXD/CRD.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to implement approved programs following procedures.
  • Settling regular customer programs (accumulating sales, deferred payment, rewards...) & organizing rewards for customers.
  • Managing, allocating, and monitoring the execution of the Promotional Program budget for the entire system.
  • Summarizing, evaluating effectiveness after each program & reporting to S.SCM/CXD/CRD.
Developing & implementing display programs, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for Strategic Brands:
  • Collaborating with the CXM/CRM department to develop & implement POSM programs for strategic brands at point of sale.
  • Monitoring, analyzing category data, product groups, SKUs, competitors... to ensure effective and customer-appropriate display and POSM plans.
  • Developing tools for effective displays. Managing inventory & efficient use of display materials.
  • Coordinating with CRM/CXM to conduct display training.
  • Monitoring implementation, reminding and driving sales teams to achieve display objectives.
  • Collaborating with MDS/F&A/CRM/CX to evaluate and reward displays for each program.
  • Coordinating with the audit department to inspect POSM at the point of sale & conduct random checks on reward reports.
  • Managing and monitoring the display budget.
  • Summarizing, evaluating display effectiveness and reporting to S.SCM/CXD/CRD.
Requirements
  • Graduated from College/University with a major in Economics/Business Administration/Commerce,...
    • Proficient in English for professional communication.
    • Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position, Trade Marketing.
    • Understanding of regulations in commercial law.
    • Familiarity with the business environment & the role of relationships in business.
    • Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or commerce sectors.
    • Skills in planning, organizing work, data analysis, teamwork & handling situations.
