Job Description:

- Work place: Bac Ninh office, Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

- Check productionplan and analyse detail cargo capacity.

-  Plan & Book space with airlines, update flight schedule.

- Fix cargo for each shipment.

- Book and manage DG cargoes on DHLE's system

- Deal with all problems and inquiries happens from both airlines and customers for export shipments

- Coordinate with overseas partners for flight schedule.

- Make daily, weekly, monthly report and send to all concerned parties

- Tracking all Samsung and DHL shipments everyday with ATD, ATA from HAN to TS and final destination to make sure all shipments are departed and arrived as requirement

- Input ATD, ATA from HAN to final destination in Tracking Entry, VMS system every day on time

- Update new schedule for customers if any changes happen

- Send BL for all shipments every day with correct ATD and flight

Requirement

- Fresher graduate from Logistics or SCM major or at least 1 year of working experience at the same role

- Good at communication and writing in both Vietnamese and English

- Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner

- Good problem solving and decision making skills
