​(1)  BROAD SCOPE:

  • Air Freight Forwarding jobs

  • Billing jobs for Air Export shipments

  • Working location: Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh city

(2)  ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take care Air Direct Billing Jobs

  • Gen tariff AR & AP, Checking debit and closing on cello system

  • Create new LSP and customer code on Cello system

  • Take care debit note, invoice and processing payment of

  • Working with legal to review contract,Open bank guarantee for airlines

  • Create new LCC, Setup CMS monthly, Make LBS for customer & APS for vendor

  • Checking clearly enough freight gen operation gen tariff, Send Freight invoice to LSP daily manualy. Clear notice Freight Invoice

  • Receiving debit note formLSP and airlines.Checking and confirm for LS

  • Take care checking freight invoice without missing settlement.Check FIS and BMS to make sure of all shipments is checked and transferred in time.

  • Take care and report if have any abnormal cost.

  • If have any wrong and any missing, must inform to operation and correct mistake in time.

  • Need checked and confirm, compare freight invoice to LSP.

  • Issue debit note, request Red IV to finance team to issue invoice for customer.

  • Receive Red INV from LSP, Approval request EA on Cello.

(3)  REQUIREMENTS:

(a)  EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

  • University/College graduated in business/economics/trade related fields

(b)  EXPERIENCE: One year at least in logistics or related fields should be favourable.

(c)  SKILLS:

  • Computer: Office appliances, system processing

    Foreign language: English speaking & writing fair
