(1)BROAD SCOPE:

- International / local freight settlement jobs

- Preparing the contract, supporting documents

(2)ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support to create LSP code, Customer code.

- Preparing the contract, supporting documents for new customer and extend for old customer.

- Checking and closing logistics fee with LSP.

- Creating EA & upload invoice on cello system, submit invoice to accounting team.

- Upload bills on cello system.

- Working location: Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance

(b) EXPERIENCE:

- Oper for fresher graduated from Logistics/SCM major or other majors and have at least in logistics Company

(c)SKILLS:

- Computer: Excellent computer sills (Excel, Power point)

- Intermediate English communication, writing and speaking

(4) SALARY: 8M - 9.5M

- Allowance: VND 910,000/month
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year, prorated based on actual months of employment
- Public Holidays: As regulated by the current Labor Law
