Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client base in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and market trends within the IT industry.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our IT services and solutions to potential clients.

  • Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the company's growth and success.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and business opportunities to diversify our client portfolio.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
