- Discuss with customers about technical issues and coordinate customer projects to promote new business or developments.
- Impress customers by focusing on building relationships of trust and enthusiasm while guiding customers from website to pre-purchase experience.
- Coordinator between customers, service support by following up to make customers satisfied.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Responsible for calling customers about sales and service, courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for documenting, answer customers questions and concerns.
- Solve problems for customers such as service, payment and maintenance.
- Ability to accomplish goals set by manager.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational process of service and sales channels are complete, complete and most effective.
- Able to travel to meet customers on site.
- Analyze customer and create a strategy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor' or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Have Project Management Skill will be an advantage.
- Able to learn on their own, proactive, creative and dare to present new ideas.
- Have communication skills in liaising with various departments or working as a project and able to manage.
- Fluent in English.
