BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF/ ASSISTANT MANAGER (Chinese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide industrial real estate options (industrial parks and rental factories) and consulting services (80%) for investment companies in mainland China and Taiwan
  • Marketing, market research, other business support (media business, car rental business, etc.) (20%)
  • Coordination and daily interaction with Chinese partner companies (mainly marketing and sales support via WeChat)
  • Respond to inquiries from Chinese investors (confirm needs, propose real estate options)
  • Support inspection trips for Chinese investment companies when they come to Vietnam
  • (Appointments with various industrial park/rental factory developers, accompanying inspections, Chinese-Vietnamese interpretation, and investment process explanations)
  • Establish daily contact with industrial park/rental factory developers and collect project information
  • Production of Chinese materials (sales materials, presentations, brochure production, etc.)
  • Collect investment trend information of Chinese mainland and Taiwanese companies (collect public information such as the Internet)
  • Participate in investment seminars and events related to China and Taiwan (Vietnam, China and Taiwan, etc.)
  • Domestic business trip (Quang Ninh Province, Bac Giang Province, Thai Binh Province, Nghe An Province, Ho Chi Minh City, etc.)

Essential Competencies
  • Knowledge and skills that should be acquired through OJT (on-the-job training) within one year
  • Industrial park/lease factory investment process (from investment decision to start of operation)
  • Basic knowledge of investment and industrial parks in Vietnam (IRC/ERC, environment/fire protection/construction licenses, manufacturing processes, tax incentives, electricity, labor, human resources, logistics, FDI trends, etc.)
  • Communication skills (making appointments, adjusting schedules, leading investor leaders’ inspections)
