  • Our client is a leading Vietnamese manufacturer and supplier of dried foods and powdered products, catering to both B2B and B2C segments across domestic and international markets (Japan, Europe, and Southeast Asia).

JOB SUMMARY
  • Design, implement, and manage fair, transparent, and legally compliant compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees, contributing to the overall success of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement employee compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Research and analyze industry trends to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and meet employee needs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers, including contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain communication programs about compensation and benefits to guide and train employees on their benefit options and encourage participation.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment processes and ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure benefits programs are integrated with other HR initiatives and processes.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and resolve any benefits-related issues.
  • Stay updated on developments in compensation and benefits regulations and ensure organizational compliance with relevant laws.
  • Manage the HRIS system, organizing and executing related procedures for employees, including payroll processing, employment contract management, promotion decisions, and internal transfers.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex compensation and benefits information to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze data to support decision-making in compensation and benefits.
  • Proven ability to develop compensation structures, conduct market salary surveys, and perform accurate job matching.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
