- Deliver reliable financial forecasting to support business planning.
- Create insightful performance reports and scorecards that drive actionable insights.
- Identify and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to influence business decisions.
- Take full ownership of the category's P&L, including budgeting for BMI and TTS.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, templates, and analytical tools tailored to the scope of work.
- Monitor performance using Net Revenue Management (NRM) principles.
- Maintain and enhance pricing analysis tools and trackers.
- Develop and assess business cases for innovation, including launch tracking and post-launch evaluations (PLE).
- Ensure accuracy and discipline in media spending and BMI reporting.
- Set up and manage the Digital Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) process.
- Continuously strive for simplification and excellence in forecasting and performance tracking processes.
- Act as the DCOM P&L champion:
- Consolidate digital P&L with customers.
- Analyze campaign ROI and ROAS to recommend effective promotional mechanics.
- Proven experience in performance management or financial business partnering.
