Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reliable financial forecasting to support business planning.
  • Create insightful performance reports and scorecards that drive actionable insights.
  • Identify and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to influence business decisions.
  • Take full ownership of the category's P&L, including budgeting for BMI and TTS.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, templates, and analytical tools tailored to the scope of work.
  • Monitor performance using Net Revenue Management (NRM) principles.
  • Maintain and enhance pricing analysis tools and trackers.
  • Develop and assess business cases for innovation, including launch tracking and post-launch evaluations (PLE).
  • Ensure accuracy and discipline in media spending and BMI reporting.
  • Set up and manage the Digital Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) process.
  • Continuously strive for simplification and excellence in forecasting and performance tracking processes.
  • Act as the DCOM P&L champion:
  • Consolidate digital P&L with customers.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and ROAS to recommend effective promotional mechanics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance management or financial business partnering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
