Responsibilities

1. According to the company's strategic development plan and relevant financial and tax laws and regulations, be responsible for tax planning and tax risk assessment of overseas national companies, supply chains, and direct stores, and prepare annual and quarterly tax planning plans.

2. Be responsible for completing the budget management work of the Finance Department, supervising the accounting of national companies, supply chains, and direct stores, organizing the preparation of the first draft of the annual budget table, and reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing the first draft, adjusting errors in a timely manner, and completing the preparation of the annual budget report on time.

3. Responsible for completing the expense management of the Finance Department, ensuring that expense reimbursement is within the prescribed range to avoid overspending, verifying that the unit price of commodity purchases is consistent with the purchase contract, and avoiding financial risks;

4. Responsible for completing the accounting management of the Finance Department, supervising the standardized operations of various accounts of the national company, supply chain, and direct-operated stores, ensuring that the financial data is standardized and complete, and responsible for the accuracy of the financial system data;

5. Responsible for completing the report management of the Finance Department, supervising the completion of the financial statements of the national company, supply chain, and direct-operated stores on time, and responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the report data;

6. Responsible for the contract management of the Finance Department, supervising and reviewing the franchisee contracts of the national company, ensuring that the contract cost terms are consistent with the time collection, reviewing the market cost contracts of the brand company, reviewing the leasing contracts of the direct-operated stores, and standardizing the use and storage of various seals and certificates

7. Responsible for team management, doing a good job in the ideological and political work of employees, strengthening team building, and giving full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in companies with foreign direct investment or Chinese-funded enterprises.
• In-depth understanding of local regulations, financial policies, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.
• Proficient in office software and familiar with accounting software
