Chief Financial Officer – FMCG Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

• Lead consolidated financial statements and M&A processes, including sourcing deals, financial projections, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research to identify M&A opportunities aligned with business growth.

2. Finance & Accounting Operations:

• Oversee daily financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and transactions.
• Manage financial team and external services for tax, audit, and banking needs.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.

3. Budgeting, Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Prepare and manage annual operational, capital, and cash flow budgets.
• Report financial variances and present reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years in finance leadership role in Food/FMCG/Manufacturing firms, with M&A experience.
• CMA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
