Role Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and expand customers.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Department and BOD.
- Work with company Technical team and relating departments to resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with customer needs.
Role Requirements:
- Major in Marketing, Business administration and related fields. English is a must
- Priority for candidates from CCL/PCM/Chemistry/Paint industry
- Having experience as Sales Manager
- Good communication and analytical skill, managing skill, negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Understanding market and competitor
- Being open minded and always hunger for new ideas; High-energy, can-do attitude
- Ability to travel as required
