POSITION SUMMARY:
The Commercial Education Executive develops leads and manages all Commercial education activities within the Affiliate Commercial organization and partners with Regional Education COE on all aspects of non-brand/brand agnostic education content and delivers across total Field Sales and Consumer- facing team (e.g Virtual Selling Skills, Sales Coaching, Customer Service, Retail Ops, Compliance).
The Commercial Education Executive partners with the Retail team to review retail KPIs and create targeted education programs to drive improvement in performance. They also drive the use of digital/virtual education and learning as the preferred approach for education and training, as well as monitoring and reporting on training completion across the Affiliate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and execute the Commercial Education Strategy for the market to the Field and Consultants for brand agnostic content.
- Implement and deliver digital training with staff (Sales team and consultants) as per global / regional curriculum timelines
- Include relevant marketing information into Consultant seminars
- Promotes and communicates the widespread use of virtual platforms to access online education content
- Measures and monitors the uptake of online/virtual education for non-brand-specific material
- Acts as steward for maintaining the quality of non-brand education available on the virtual platform(s)
- Ensure delivery, Implementation and completion of full education curriculum to Field and consultants in accordance with standards and timelines via Zoom seminars
- Follow up on execution and cascade of any non-brand related Education to Commercial Field Sales/retail store teams via monthly updates
- Cascade communication of education documents to relevant Field based staff and Consultants and act as point person for Field staff education
- Conduct virtual SMC training. Follow up on execution and cascade of SMC and Pure Play Education Content with Field Executives and SMC staff
- Execute Education curriculum within Education Budget
- Ensure the cascade of Retailer strategy information, to store level, ie Store and Cosmetics managers
- Participate in retail meetings and Follow up with Field Sales Team to re-in force key messages and the seasonal Calendar
- Implement and execute education programs to upskill consultants for virtual services
- Regularly review retail KPIs and insights to inform targeted education programs to drive improvement in performance.
- Track monitor and report on all mandatory training across the Affiliate.
- Other tasks: as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 3 years of experience training.
- Experience in Omni Retail, coaching virtual selling skills is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
