As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager to drive growth, manage operations, and lead our team to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to build a high-performance culture.
- Implement sales and business development strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting, cash flow control, and profit optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry players.
- Optimize operational efficiency, customer service, and overall business performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Vietnamese nationality (This position is open for Vietnamese candidates only).
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Operations/Sales Director, or similar leadership role in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in sales, business development, and revenue management.
- Solid knowledge of financial management, including P&L, cash flow, and budgeting.
- Experience in HR management, organizational leadership, and team development.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience scaling a startup or launching new business ventures.
- Passion for the travel industry and understanding of current market trends
