Job Summary: The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the expansion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic ad solutions, and the publisher ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.

  • Identify and establish partnerships with key publishers, media agencies, and advertisers.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring long-term collaboration and business success.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to develop customized advertising solutions for clients.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or publisher monetization.

  • Strong network within the publishing, media, and advertising industry.

  • Experience in managing and growing a sales team.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital ad platforms, and analytics tools.
