Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Master’s degree or certifications in sales, business development, or project management (advantageous).
•8–10 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the electrical power or technology solutions industry.
•Proven track record in penetrating new markets and achieving revenue growth, particularly in VN
•Strong consultative selling, account management, and relationship-building skills.
•Familiarity with local regulatory environments and cultural nuances in the target region.
•Proficiency in sales analytics platforms, coupled with strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
Deliverables Expected
•Development and execution of market entry strategies.
•Achievement of predefined sales revenue targets.
•Establishment of a robust customer pipeline.
