​Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leads coming from marketing campaigns, website, inbound calls and emails.

  • Monitor open leads to opportunities to closure, work closely with sales channels

  • Manage the Leads process, Own the Leads Qualification (BANT) , Qualify the leads & Route qualified opportunities to the appropriatesales executives for further development and closure.

  • Develop an understanding of competitive products

  • Develop customer quotations Review of the Qualification Notes. Technical Know how and capture of requirement

  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com

  • Work closely with field sales team, logistics, and Finance department. Collect and provide constructive feedback to cross functional lead sources to drive continuous improvement of process

  • Demonstrate technical and application knowledge to provide prompt, accurate answers and successfully qualify the leads

  • Follow standard work to contact and convert leads to opportunities per sales cadence

  • Language expertise – Vietnamese and English: Read, Write and Speak – Proficient level

  • Salesforce.com database optimization-Manage contact master database in SFDC, update Market codes, update Visibility metrics

Requirements:

  • Education – BSc graduate with majors in Chemistry preferable not mandatory

  • Work experience:

Fresher or 2+ year experience in a for-profit (preferably B2B) organization

Experience with CRM tool like Salesforce a plus

Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations. Proven experience in lead qualification or inside selling preferably

Skills required:

Strong phone presence, ability to handle challenging calls/stakeholders

Attention to detail

Proficient in Vietnamese and English is a must

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and minimal need for supervision.

Good Knowledge of MS Office

Level of travel required: Minimal (<10%)
