Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to assist POS-using merchants.
Provide guidance and training to customers on POS usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Coordinate with technical teams or vendors for repairs and replacements.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, aftersales, or B2B customer service.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience with POS devices, banking, or fintech is a plus.
