Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to assist POS-using merchants.

  • Provide guidance and training to customers on POS usage.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

  • Coordinate with technical teams or vendors for repairs and replacements.

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.

  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.

  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, aftersales, or B2B customer service.

  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with POS devices, banking, or fintech is a plus.
