Job Purpose:
Planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company strategies, business branding, and brand structure.
- Conduct research on customer purchasing behavior and product/service branding.
- Set objectives, implement strategies, and sales plans.
- Establish and train management teams and distribution systems following essential principles and procedures.
- Develop effective trade support policies for customers and contracts.
- Accountable to the CEO for the progress and effectiveness of work within the job scope.
- Legal and Company Compliance: Responsible for complying with the law and the Company’s regulations in exercising rights and fulfilling duties as per legal requirements and Company policies.

- Build a positive brand image with customers.

- Familiarize the team and distribution system with the product and understand the process.

Recruitment Criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position within real estate businesses with a staff size of at least 100 employees.
