RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolve RFIs related to export documentation from customers, GBS, and other departments.
Support GBS in communications with customers and other departments as needed.
Collect original Letters of Indemnity (LOIs) for amendments and send confirmations to GBS.
Amend bills of lading from status 30.
Notify filing agents of customs re-filing if amendments are made.
Send notices to Points of Interest (POI) for issuing Original Bills of Lading (OBL) in third countries.
Check and collect original LOIs for telex releases/seaway bills.
Print and release original B/L after confirming vessel sale, loading, and payment.
Send telex release and seaway bill notices for non-credit customers.
Communicate with the Port of Destination (POD) for cargo release.
Liaise with customers on group procedures.
Coordinate with HO DOC via Zendesk for special customer requirements.
Submit e-manifest of export cargo to Vietnamese customs.
Address all requests submitted.
Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for cases under 2 working hours.
REQUIREMENTS
College/Bachelor's degree in Sea Transportation, Export-Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, etc.
1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a shipping company or freight forwarder.
Hard-working, customer service mindset, proactive, patient, careful, and attentive to details.
Skills: Time management, Problem-solving, Good communication, Work well under high pressure.
English communication skills.
Intermediate level of MS Office.
