ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Client Services Associate (Expert Matching), you’ll be instrumental in identifying and recruiting the most suitable experts to consult on our clients’ projects. This position demands excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, alongside a knack for recognizing qualified candidates and leveraging innovative sourcing techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding Project Requirements and Defining Ideal Expert Profiles
- Develop a clear grasp of client project requirements, including core topics and client characteristics.
- Determine the ideal expert profile based on critical factors like industry focus, target companies, relevant departments, expertise level, and specific skill sets.
Expert Candidate Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
- Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local recruitment channels, internal databases, professional networks) to source ideal expert profiles.
- Connect with experts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult on specific client topics.
- Screen and evaluate experts to verify their qualifications and fit before linking them with our clients.
- Coordinate schedules for client-expert meetings and cultivate lasting relationships with experts for ongoing collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
Background
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, client service, or similar fields
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both spoken and written) – Comfortable communicating with a broad network of experts across APAC
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
