- Accountable for transferring all technological processes to the entire category and synchronizing processes to Convenient Foods factories.
- Develop existing technological processes and find solutions for technical issues as well as optimize existing systems to deploy for Convenient Foods mass production:
- Minimize quality errors from technology
- Maximize recovery efficiency
- Improve equipment for the production process, minimize loss from the process.
- Research and develop new technologies, design, test and deploy new technologies, systems or processes to create new products for Convenient Foods.
- Provide technical solutions for defects caused by Technology and coordinate with relevant team to resolve equipment issues.
- Train up and develop team members to be a comprehensive expert in Convenient Foods Technology.
- Other tasks assigned.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- University degree or above in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Organic Chemistry Technology, Food Science Technology or related majors
- Above 15 years of experience working in Technology or R&D in Noodle, Vietnamese Noodle rice-base noodle (Vermicelli)
- Deep understanding of wheat flour & starches
- Deep understanding of palm oil, shortening & applications, solutions in the production process, metabolic applications & heat applications in steaming & frying processes.
- Deep understanding of the technology process for making Fried Noodles & Non-fried Noodles, Udon
- Understanding of production of Vermicelli & rice noodles such as Pho, and provide size parameters to mass production
- Understanding of technology of different types of noodles to establish technological processes for each production line, provide parameters on equipment applied to mass production.
