MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

*Main Task:
- Consult and Develop business strategy in line with the strategy adopted by HQ. Responsible for execution, managing the progress to achieve KPIs in both financial and non-financial aspects
- Work closely with branch CAD, Compliance, OP, Treasury and Credit Risk and also HQ functional specialists to develop business, ensuring the proper application of policies and processes, including KYC, AML, money market, trade & investment products
- Review the credit application and responsible for credit quality of the portfolio.
- Lead team to identify the Cross-Sell opportunity, develop product platform, sale in order to deepen and increase wallet share for FI customer
- Mentor, guide and manage FI-RMs through training, management of pipelines and project management. Provide guidance to the team maximizing client experience by enhancing the service quality, providing markets intelligence, update in timely manner.

- FI Team –people development achievement
- Income proportion/effective cross-sell to FI, the effectiveness/ turnaround time of credit process and quality of income from individual FI client
- Operational effectiveness of Branch Corporate Banking for FI business and customer satisfaction/level of service quality.
- Credit quality and cross-sell income of FI portfolio

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

***Professional requirement:
- Equipped with leader experience to align with the business strategies and demonstrate the capability of execution
- Knowledgeable for Marco-economic of Vietnam
- Experience with FI business, FI coverage & relationship and knowledge of financial products for FI is preferable
- Equipped with credit skills; capable of deal structuring
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skill (eg. Negotiation, consultative skills, leadership, and positive thinking)

***Most challenging and difficult parts:
Under fierce competition, collecting the market information, peer competition to adjust suitable pricing based on market/customer/player to maintain gross profit margins and overall return to the bank.

Understand and able to control the changing risk profile of respective FI client and Non-Bank FI industry to deliver the financial budget, but still maintain controllable risk profile of FI book in Vietnam

***Education:
- University degree or above, business related majors are preferred

***Work experience:
- 10+ years of experience

***Language skill:
- Fluent English
