Our client, a leading agricultural company focused on sustainable farming and premium food production, seeks a General Accountant. This role involves assisting to Chief Accountant/Manager/CFO on Financial closing/ Financial forecasting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly closing Job
Run Depreciation and allocation on SAP
Check and clear Interco with Livestock BU
Review miscellaneous income and miscellaneous expenses of Feed BU
Upload TB of Feed BU on SAP and check TB upload of Livestock
- Monthly closing report
P&L actual Report (Feed BU)
BS report (Feed BU)
DIO, DPO report (Combine)
- FCF report
- Quarterly IFRS Report: Assist to team manager provide data, preparing and reconciling notes, and others ..based on allocation from the team manager
- Quarterly overall review of remainder balance Livestock BU and suggest solution, Review monthly outstanding PO, Branch review based on the planning timetable
- Based on the risk of control matrix from KSOX, prepare the documentation related..
- Check VAS report (Yearly): provide data with the external auditor, Check audit adjustment and notes of FS based on the allocation of team manager.
- FCF for yearly plan/long-term plan
- Process innovation related to Financial& Accounting
- Other assigned tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
- 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in accounting and auditing, SAP experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and auditing (VAS, IFRS), related regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially good at Excel
- Conversational English Speaking Skill
- Data analysis and consolidation skills.
