Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall strategic plan and vision for the trading floor, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Drive business development and oversee end-to-end sales operations to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
- Foster collaboration with other business units to enhance product offerings, service quality, and operational efficiencies.
- Provide strong leadership across functions, including strategic planning, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly those relevant to the real estate industry.
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Law, or Land Management & Real Estate.
- Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, and business operations within the real estate industry. At least 5 years of experience in a similar C-suite roles within top real estate developers or trading floors.
- In-depth expertise in sales and marketing strategy within the real estate sector.
- Strong background in corporate governance, strategic planning, financial control, and workforce management.
- Solid understanding of real estate operations and legal frameworks.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
