Position: General Manager

Salary: USD 1,000–2,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and lead the company’s expansion efforts in both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) markets.

• Build upon existing key accounts, including Emart, King Food Mart, Gengsai, Big C, and others, while identifying and securing new partnerships.

• Strategize and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.

• Provide strong leadership to the team and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.

• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.

• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Expertise in expanding distribution channels in both GT and MT markets.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and clients effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies successfully.

• Experience in negotiating and building long-term partnerships with key accounts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
