*JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Management
Interact with clients or Recruitment Team Leader to understand job roles and requirements
Accurately interpret clients' person specification and identify suitable candidates through effective job matching
Present qualified candidates to clients
Be involved in salary package negotiation between successful applicants and clients
Prepare recruitment report to update clients on progress, identify challenges and propose solutions
Provide market trends to clients as part of service
Ensure fulfilment of client vacancies within agreed timeline
Support clients in employer branding activities.
2. Candidate Management
Utilise a multi-channel sourcing plan to connect with passive candidates
Identify potential candidates and implement appropriate methods to attract them
Communicate all requirements of the job to candidates
Interview candidates within corporate guidelines to assess competencies and motivation
Provide pre-interview advice to candidates
Support successful candidates in salary negotiation
Conduct candidate reference checks
Follow up all placements to ensure retention of fee
Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty.
3. Administrator
Maintain and update accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into database
Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings
Ensure prompt billing and collections.
4. Other tasks as assigned
*REQUIREMENTS:
2 - 3 years of professional experience in full cycle recruitment (prefer Manufacturing background)
Professional in Microsoft Office operation
Good verbal and written communication in English
