Our client is one of the leading foreign commercial banks in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all activities and resources in order to meet corporate banking objectives in the country
- Manage, develop and monitor all corporate banking products and services
- Develop sales & marketing strategies of the corporate banking department to grow business volumes, customer base and income; Proactively manage credit and operation risk
- Develop and implement a focused efficient and effective customer service frameworks to increase the flow of business from existing customers and generate businesses from new customers and partners
- Organize, manage and motivate the available human capital within the corporate banking function through the establishment of suitable organization structure and implementing development program to optimize competence and productivity.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by Regional Head and Country General Director.
Key Requirements
- B.S or M.S in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 15+ years in corporate banking experience in Vietnam. Preferably with exposure in foreign banks and local banks with strong networks and well understanding of local market.
- Proven track records with different types of clients portfolio of SMEs, FDI or Local Large Corps
- Experiences of corporate banking products & services especially on business lending, credit, trade, treasury, cash management, financial institution and so on.
- Well understanding on banking regulations and market intelligence
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as exceptional negotiation, influence, and client management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
