Key Responsibilities

1. Driving the Bank’s Digitization Strategy

  • Develop and advise the Board of Directors and CEO on strategies to build a digital ecosystem that connects and leverages the bank’s products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the CFO, CIO, Legal, Risk, and Corporate Banking Directors to ensure seamless execution of the bank’s digitization initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Retail Banking in shaping and refining the bank’s strategic direction.
  • Provide in-depth market analysis, technology trends, and customer behavior insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Research and propose the adoption of emerging technologies such as Open Banking to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

2. Enhancing Customer Engagement

  • Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior and experience across digital platforms, particularly the bank’s NEO platform.
  • Partner with Marketing and IT teams to design and maintain systems that support automation, agility, and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to digital products and services to improve usability, drive engagement, and increase customer retention.

3. Promoting Digital Culture and Agility

  • Foster a digital-first mindset across the organization and organize digital innovation events for senior leadership.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives, especially at the executive level.
  • Streamline and digitize processes related to online banking products and services.

4. Expanding the Ecosystem and Customer Base

  • Lead the development and management of fintech partnerships in alignment with strategic goals to attract new customers and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential ecosystem partners and propose strategic collaboration models to maximize business impact.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Authority & Decision-Making Scope

Autonomous Decisions

  • Approve sales and marketing programs in collaboration with ecosystem partners, within the allocated budget.
  • Launch products and services under the purview of the Partner and Digitization Development Center.

Decisions Requiring Higher Approval

  • Define and approve overarching strategies for new digital ecosystem partnerships.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Total Operating Income (TOI)
  • CASA (Current Account Savings Account) growth
  • Number of new-to-bank customers
  • Volume of transactions by new-to-bank customers on the bank’s NEO platform
  • Outcomes of strategic digital banking initiatives
