- Lead sales & service team of Factory Automation (FA)
- Be responsible for sales, budget and resources management within the FA business nationwide
- Deploy strategy and policies for FA business in Vietnam
- Be responsible for ETO projects and coordinate for industry projects
- Establish and maintain sales partners network nationwide
- Establish and maintain key customers at appropriate decision-maker levels
- Be responsible for tender bids
- Acquire new customers; develop and maintain a strong client relationship with customers and sales partners
- Continuously investigate market for new business opportunities
- Ensure products are listed at customer’s specifications
- Provide technical support (first line field contact)
- Provide interface to the organization (second line support)
- Monitor, analyze market and competitors
- Contribute to the Factory Automation long and short-term plans
- Actively participate at marketing activities (trade fairs, forums, unions and magazines)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably in electrical/automation and electronics
- At least 8 years working experience in technical sales or service experience in factory automation including minimum 3 years at managerial level
- Sound knowledge of factory automation products (electric drives, controls, linear motion) and technologies
- Good understanding of customer application requirements
- Ability to understand and coordinate to solve technical problems
- Strong teamwork spirit and customer orientation
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
- Having knowledge in PLC programming is a plus
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
