KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Detail:
▪ Strategic HR Management:
o Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
o Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
▪ Employee Relations and Engagement:
o Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions.
o Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
o Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
o Nurture a positive working environment.

▪ Performance Management and Development:
o Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
o Assess training needs and monitor training programs.

▪ People Operations and Administration:
o Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
o Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
o Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
▪ Recruitment and Talent Management:
o Manage the recruitment and selection process.
o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
▪ Reporting and Decision Support:
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪ At least 8 years of experience in HR function including Ops and HRBP
▪ Experience in Mar-tech or affiliate marketing is a plus.
▪ Depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, Vietnam labor code & social insurance law related.
▪ Experience in establishing/ optimizing HR relevant policy and regulations.
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
▪ Good English communication
▪ Agile mindset, can-do attitude, capability of Multitasking
▪ Experience in a fast-paced environment
