We’re looking for a Head of HR to lead talent strategy, foster a high-performing culture, and shape the future of company workforce.
What you will do:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to build a high-performing workforce
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Partner with senior leaders to address workforce challenges and drive organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Forecast hiring needs and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strengthen employer branding and develop succession planning and leadership programs.
  • Promote internal talent mobility and leverage HR tech for workforce optimization.
Compensation, Benefits & Employee Relations:
  • Oversee competitive C&B structures and refine reward programs to enhance satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns proactively, maintaining trust and a positive work environment.
Employee Engagement & Well-being:
  • Drive engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement well-being programs (mental health, fitness, work-life balance) and promote DEI.
  • Use data to refine engagement strategies and reduce attrition risks.
HR Analytics & Insights:
  • Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decision-making in workforce planning and performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 12+ years of HR management experience in fast-paced environments, including 3+ years in leadership roles (Head of HR, Senior HRM, Senior HRBP Manager, etc.).
  • Mixed experience in multinational corporations and startups, with adaptability to diverse cultures.
  • Expertise in HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Data-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
