Roles & Responsibilities:  
  • Lead a sales team to scale business in Vietnam  
  • Defining the sales strategy, pricing, GTM for the Vietnam  market   
  • Liaising closely with the customer success team and product team to improve the product  
  • Building a sales lead pipeline of prospective customers (educators and content creators) in the respective international market through secondary research  
  • Doing sales reach-outs and completing customer conversations  to  build a conversion pipeline  
  • Doing product demos with prospective customers and onboarding them  
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate  products/services  
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction 
  • Ensuring proper and timely customer onboarding and customer success management after a customer signs up. Build long-ter trusting relationships with clients. 
  • Completing customer training sessions to make sure that  the onboarded educators and content creators are up to speed  and can use the product seamlessly  
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans  

Job Requirements:  
  • Experience in leading a team and managing sales  
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development  Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including  cold calls)  
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas  
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)  
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills  
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations  
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant  field
