Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team to scale business in Vietnam
- Defining the sales strategy, pricing, GTM for the Vietnam market
- Liaising closely with the customer success team and product team to improve the product
- Building a sales lead pipeline of prospective customers (educators and content creators) in the respective international market through secondary research
- Doing sales reach-outs and completing customer conversations to build a conversion pipeline
- Doing product demos with prospective customers and onboarding them
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Ensuring proper and timely customer onboarding and customer success management after a customer signs up. Build long-ter trusting relationships with clients.
- Completing customer training sessions to make sure that the onboarded educators and content creators are up to speed and can use the product seamlessly
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Job Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team and managing sales
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
