Job Purpose: As Head of Sales, you are responsible for overall success of all the Retail outlets, which includes meeting your financial and service targets. You are responsible for maintaining standards – including all Health & Safety practices and procedures, maximising margin potential and identifying and implementing new products and service offers, whilst maintaining the highest level of service.

- You are responsible for maintaining all financial aspects, P&L for the brand.
- Manages effectively end to end operations of the brand
- Drives and accomplishes objectives by establishing strategic business plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
- Leverage your departmental labour
- Maintain your departmental KPI’s
- Cash handling and cash reconciliation
- Stock Control: You are responsible for minimising stock levels within the department, along with monitoring of all departmental stock which includes but is not limited to:
- Maintain accurate cost and sales information
- As Head of Retail, it is your responsibility to create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels
- Maintain brand standards within presentation and service
- Identify and implement improved service practices and procedures
- Maintain accurate client data-base information
- Implement and maintain all in-house retail displays
- You are responsible for liaising with Marketing and Sales to initiate and implement promotions and events
- Liaise with Marketing & Sales to create promotional offers
- Maintain an overall 95% client satisfaction rating for all team members
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experienced as same position
- High Customer service orientation
- Open-minded, can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
- Studies/ Administration/ Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
