Job Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of competitors’ actions, focusing on pricing, market demand, and consumer requirements.

Create standees, posters, and display materials, including generating content for designers/vendors. Follow through the approval, production, payment, and delivery processes to sales teams/customers. Manage display program execution.

Organize seminars, conferences, exhibition events, and sponsorship initiatives, covering planning, implementation, and payment processes. Attend on-site activations. Scrutinize and monitor activities for optimal effectiveness. Track budgets and provide monthly reports.

Evaluate training needs and formulate training plans, potentially involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Collaborate with Brand Managers to produce brochures, catalog leaflets, standees, banner ads, and training materials. Assess training outcomes and oversee the training budget.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the CHC Marketing Head.
Qualification Requirements:

Possess a degree in any field; preference given to those with a background in Business, Science, or Pharmaceutical-related majors.

Have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in multinational corporations, with a preference for the Personal Care and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Demonstrate robust experience in formulating consumer branding strategies and marketing plans.

Possess a practical understanding of SEO and Social Media best practices.

Exhibit strong analytical skills for effective data interpretation.

Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Highly motivated, adept at handling a fast-paced environment, creatively inclined, and capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
