*JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Shared service Team Leader with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and employment relations. The ideal candidate will understand how operational HR services are delivered, identify process gaps, and provide recommendations for enhancements. Additionally, the role involves organizing all administrative tasks related to documents and databases. Ensure we provide the best service to clients & stay compliance with company policy and regulation.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Oversee and manage C&B processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct periodic reviews of payroll, insurance, and tax processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and legal requirements.Collect and conduct analysis of operational mistakes for root cause identification and present findings. Then update SOPs if required.

2. Oversee and manage the internal administrative tasks of our service operation team: ·
Master Data Management: Ensure compliance of associate master data maintained by the operations team. Suggest and maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and complete.
Contract Management: Develop policies to record contracts and other labor documents in a logical methodology. Ensure their accuracy and proper filing
3. Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers
*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5 + years of experience in HR/ Outsourcing & Staffing service: Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and insurance processes. Experience in a Team Leader position is preferred
Analytical, results-driven, and adept at critical thinking to provide actionable solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate English language
