*JOB OVERVIEW
As an Operation Project Manager, you play an important role in HR consulting and manage a service delivery team at Enterprise Account. Together with Team leaders and Operation manager to bring the excellent service to our value clients and associates; Ensure that all activities comply with local labor law and the standard of practice; Participate in the planning, implementing and supervise operations of Staffing & Outsourcing service as well as business development to find more service opportunities in labor market.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Service delivery management
Take responsibility to control business performance from an operation perspective. Ensure all issues at all projects have been solved timely
Co-operate with the recruitment team, C&B Team, to ensure the best service will be delivered to customers
Supervise and guide staffing - team Lead as well as consultant on problem solving, settle down the clients and service issues
Final check and take responsibility on all transactions, reports, and contracts regarding to department's service
Give advisory to the team for all labor/ local laws/ practice/ market/ consulting service
Playing as escalate level to solve all the issues that relate to client service and monitor the quarterly/ yearly survey to improve service quality
Manage an administration team and other tasks such as social activities to clients/ associates
Working with IT/ technical team to set up/ test the required systems to run service.
2. HR consulting
Working closely with legal and manager to provide best consultations/ solutions to clients about local practice and process
Conduct meetings with clients when providing necessary HR consulting and service consulting
Conduct workshop/ training/ sharing experience to team about actual case study and applying local law in providing Outsourcing service
Advise team leaders/ members with creative solutions related to Staffing Outsourcing service.
3. Business development and Branch activities
On going follow up with client's request and order regarding payroll, outsourcing & staffing service
Take main responsibility and activity on approaching and follow up with new clients
Work closely with team leaders to ensure the quality & quality of service provided to clients as commitment
Work closely with the sales team on sales reports, surveys, quotation and give best solution for country practice
Manage monthly operation performance of all customers to make sure the development of business
Work with recruitment team, C&B team to support head of department on preparing forecast for monthly/ quarterly revenue, direct cost, GP, headcounts, follow up AR and collect debt on time.
4. Others
Manage the team in a stable way and improve the daily process of service
Weekly/ monthly report to the head of department as needed and commit the timeline
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR and related fields.
At least 5 years of professional experience HR (C&B) with least 2 years in leadership role. Experience in HR services is an advantage.
