Job Responsibilities:
1. Office and Administrative:

Coordinate and support processes with local authorities.

Support the site manager in managing agreements and contracts with customers and suppliers, including reading and commenting on agreements and tracking required processes.

Monitor payments and accounts.
-
General management of office activities, including maintenance, office supplies, and service providers.
2. HR:
-
Support employee recruitment processes for various roles in the plant, including assisting in scheduling interviews and communication with candidates.

Support the organization and implementation of training and induction processes In collaboration with the HR Manager from the parent company.

Address employee inquiries related to the employee life cycle.
3. Additional Tasks:

Support decision-making processes and produce management reports.
-
Collaborate with company management and various interfaces at the headquarters and other branches.

Monitor and manage administrative and other projects as needed.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.

Previous experience in office and administrative management, including working with authorities and customers.

Basic experience in human resources, including support in recruitment and training.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Office software and relevant computer applications.
-
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese – mandatory.
