• Headcount plan and recruitment plan control.• Recruiting and retaining good talent (including onboarding new hires)
• Developing talent and upskilling employee capabilities
• Ensuring a seamless experience for the staff and other people associated with management.
• Accomplishing organizational goals
• Implementing recruitment, payroll, learning and development, or compensation policies in an organization
• Designing compensation and benefits packages.
• Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones based on the company's values and ensuring employees adhere to and comply with them.
• Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
• Counseling employees as required.
• Conducting exit interviews to understand the reason for termination.
• Overseeing other HR staff and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Cooperation with vendor to deliver the best service to the employees including canteen, cafeteria, transportation…based on the requirement
